1950 Spartan Royal Mansion

Custom built, the goal with this renovation was to restore/preserve as much of the original trailer as possible while adding modern amenities such as the wine fridge, surround sound....  Original cabinetry was stripped to remove years of different finishes applied, repaired as needed, and 3 coats of spray varnish applied.  The result is a beautiful, classic, gloss finish throughout the trailer.  The original bathroom again was stripped and professionally painted with quality, high gloss auto body paint.  The entire trailer was re-plumbed, rewired, new flooring installed.  The Lp system was completely replaced.  Designer finishes include, custom front booth, new high end light sconces, aluminum blinds, stainless countertops, Pendleton bedding....
